I am an artist based in Sydney, Australia. My contemporary botanical and landscape paintings are inspired by the quiet beauty of the Australian landscape and native flora.

My background in microbiology has shaped the way I observe the natural world — through layers, patterns, and intricate structures that echo those found in nature.

Each painting begins with close observation before evolving through colour, texture and intuition. I’m drawn to the rhythm of native flora and the changing light of the Australian landscape.

Travelling and discovering new places has strengthened that sense of what home means, an appreciation for light, history and the quiet presence of landscape that influences my work.
